The Analog Escape
Flour, Water, Salt & Time
When I'm not making walls shake with my bass or staring at screens cutting videos, I like to slow things down completely. Bread baking is my ultimate analog escape.
There is something incredibly satisfying about taking just a few basic ingredients—flour, water, and salt—and letting time do the heavy lifting. You can't rush a good dough, and you can't fix it in post-production. It's a completely tactile, hands-on process that gets me away from the digital world. Plus, nothing beats pulling a perfectly crusty loaf out of the oven.
